I still remember buying my first home. The excitement and nervousness I felt. But mostly, the great sense of pride on the day the key was handed to me. I remember thinking during my entire process, was I being treated "honestly and fair". The feeling of not knowing exactly what's going on during every step of your home buying experience can a frightening, and that's why I make sure all of my clients are taken care of every step of the way. I have closed hundreds of homes in the past years and know the process in and out. I know what's right, fair and how to get things accomplished. I moved to Wilmington in January of 1994 after graduating from East Carolina University. I have been a Broker with Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Realty since 2005. I am a member of the Wilmnington Association of Realtors as well as the Brunswick Association of Realtors. I have experience in general brokerage as well as new home communities. My expertise is in, but not limited to, residential, investment, land sales, listing and marketing of new home communities, vacation and second home properties.
